About the Position:

The Insurance Agency Clerical Assistant will process incoming mail by scanning and distributing to the existing staff and then filing the same in the company’s automated agency system  They may also be asked to help with basic data entry and clerical tasks to assist with processing renewal notifications and client correspondence.  The position is responsible for fulfilling the Company’s customer service objectives by providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to the agency staff, agents, policyholders, and business partners concerning customer transactions, renewals, and requests for information.

This role is part-time (4 hours a day, twice a week) and in-office.

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected hourly range for this position is $14-$15 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.

Required Education: High school or equivalent
