Kforce has a client that is seeking an Insurance Agency Coordinator to add to their team in Live Oak, TX. Responsibilities: * The Insurance Agency Coordinator will assist the agency to work efficiently while working with members and non-members * Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospects and clients * Schedule and send reminders for telephone appointments * Retrieve and log all referrals, transactions, and activities * Retrieve and answer inbound faxes, email requests, and process mail * The Insurance Agency Coordinator will maintain strong prospect and existing client relationships * All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)
