InsureMyTrip is looking for a Insurance Agent in the Customer Care Department. As the primary contact, the Insurance Agent helps customers by educating and navigating them through the many travel insurance plans offered by IMT.

Remote Position$43,680 CAD Annual20 PTO days

The Adventure Ahead:

Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling)Determines the customer’s needs and recommends the appropriate plans available by asking questions and conversing with customersProcesses changes to existing policiesRemains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures

Skills and Experience Needed:

High School degree/GEDTwo years of Customer Service experienceRIBO license preferredDependable and able to work 9:30-5:30 Monday - FridayExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base
