This position works in an assigned Branch Office and primarily provides clerical and administrative support to both field sales and/or branch services.
Job Duties
Process payments from members for insurance, membership, domestic and foreign travel and other Club products and services. Maintain rotation of memo books. Verify and update key member information as part of the transaction.
Balances cash drawers, post ledgers, assist in resolving overages/shortages, file receipts, submit documents when necessary, makes deposits, retains documents for auditing in the manner required and process FIRM.
Process interoffice and outgoing United States mail. Receive inter-office correspondence and assign or handle as necessary.
Orders and receives branch supplies as necessary. May include general office supplies and/or ACSC materials and stock.
Process and maintain filing systems for insurance and membership documents.
Assist in branch retention efforts.
Under the guidance of sales or branch management, decisions are made based on established branch transaction processes and procedures.
Qualifications
High School GED Required
1-3 years Customer service Required
Basic knowledge of ACE products and services in the following areas: insurance, travel counseling, publications, maps, regulations and routing.
General typing, Windows, Outlook, Internet/Intranet access skills required.
Capable of completing Computer Based Training Courses as required for Club training.
The starting pay range for this position is $19.00-20.90. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
