Res ponsibilities:

Client Focus: 

1. Serve existing clients of both global referral client and local indigenous client, maintain high service level according to company standard and procedure to renew the insurance contract. 

2. Ensure the reduction of compliant from client by providing timely and professional service, annual valid compliant not exceed 1 case. 

3. Maintain and strength client relationship, develop new&expanded business opportunities, prompt crossing-selling within insurance team and by cooperating with other Business Units, generate crossing selling opportunities annually 

Financial KPI’s: 

1. Assist the team to maintain existing customers and develop new customers/insurance products in ultimate purpose of profitability of the company. 

2. Keep cost-saving sense in mind, control expenses. Comply with the company rule. 

3. Proactively monitor and chase up age of account receivables in a timely and traceable manner to minimize bad debit risks. 

Operational Excellence and Innovation: 

1. Ensure all businesses are in complying with laws, regulations and rules set by external regulators, and internal compliance requirements. 

2. Ensure the accuracy of business forecast, monthly actual revenue should be consistent to the data from system. 

3.Ensure to update information (including client contact, email, meeting, and other sales events) timely and accurately. 

4. Follow the end-to-end broking process to adequately meet internal policies and procedures. 

5. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
