We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh Clinical Trials team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role would suit individuals from customer services backgrounds who ideally have a knowledge and understanding of the insurance market, and an understanding of broking.

Distribute underwriting submissions to Insurers/Reinsurers and follow up for quotesMake sure all binders have been signed, sent to retail/producing offices and fronting company prior to coverage taking effectFinalise subjectivities from retail/producing offices and distributing the information to respective Insurers/ReinsurersRequest / provide Reinsurance Certificates from retail/producing offices to provide to Insurers/ReinsurersRequest final policy form from retail/producing offices, checking form for outstanding subjectivities, sending it to Insurers/Reinsurers and following up to ensure that it is finalizedExecute standard endorsement requests from retail/producing offices to Insurers/ReinsurersPut together placement and claims information for submission to London back-officeHandle matters regarding premium billing and reconciliation for the Client and Insurers/ReinsurersHandle basic communications with retail/producing offices and with underwritersEffective control and management of internal targets in respect of Workflow/Contract Certainty/Premium Warranties/Payments/MRCE Workflow/Late SigningsMonitoring and tracking of MRCE documentsBroking of MRCEs/alterations identified within the de-broke/tidy processWhat you need to have:
