We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Mercer (Polska). This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and insurance companies, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their employee benefits needs. Our team specializes in a range of products, including life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, medical coverage, travel insurance, and pension products, while also providing expert advisory services.

Effectively establish and maintain business relationships with clientsDiscuss and assess clients' current and future employee benefits needsResearch insurance policies and productsNegotiate policy and contract terms and costs with insurance and benefits providersArrange insurance and benefit coverage for clients with the appropriate providersAdvise clients on market trendsRenew or amend existing policies and contracts for clientsWhat You Need to Have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance or brokerage companyA university degree, preferably in economics, finance, or lawA valid broker licenseDeep insight and preferably knowledge of the medical industryVery good command of EnglishProficiency in MS Office and general computer literacyWhat Makes You Stand Out:
