Insurance Call Center Sales Agent

The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.” + 3+ weeks of Paid Time Off + 8 Paid Holidays + 401(k) plan with employer match up to 7% + Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage + FREE AAA membership (inclusive of product & service discounts) + FREE Life Insurance + An in-house virtual training program - The Insurance Learning Academy The ideal candidate will have: + An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license + Schedule Requirements: Sundays 9am - 4pm EST and Monday - Thursdays 12:45pm - 9pm EST. + 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto) + Experience selling in multiple states OR selling multiple carriers + Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office). The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent are to: + Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
