Insurance Claims Specialist Compensation and Benefits

 Insurance Claims Specialist Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in Claims processing or related field. Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Bilingual English / Spanish required. Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Authorize payments and prepare reports of findings of an investigation, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines

 Insurance Claims Specialist Responsibilities

Assisting customers with insurance claims Working with claims adjusters to ensure prompt payment of claims Working with body shops to ensure prompt repair of vehicles Collecting accident details Providing customer details on benefits and coverages of company Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI)
