Assists the Insurance Credentialing Specialist to ensure all hospital-based providers are credentialed and recertified with applicable payers. Recognizes and supports The Thompson Way.  Lives the CARES values at all times. 

Education:         

Associate's degree or 3 years related work experience in health care billing required.

Three years of previous medical milling experience, professional billing preferred. Excellent communication and customer relation skills Proficient computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and all web-based payer requirements Working knowledge of 3rd party payers . Position Pay Range: $17.50- $20.00/hour

Starting Pay: Based on experience
