Description We are on the lookout for an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist to join our team located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54313, United States. As an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist, you will be entrusted with the task of managing client interactions, maintaining accurate records and facilitating billing processes within our benefits services. This role provides a unique opportunity to work independently, while simultaneously providing top-notch support to clients and coordinating with insurance companies. Responsibilities: • Addressing and resolving billing discrepancies through collaboration with clients and internal teams • Serving as the first point of contact for clients for all insurance-related queries • Coordinating with insurance companies to obtain and update insurance ID cards for clients • Delivering accurate and timely information to clients about their benefits, billing issues, and status updates • Participating in team efforts to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency • Assisting clients with benefit enrollment, claims processes, and resolution of service-related issues • Keeping client records up-to-date and inputting relevant information into the system • Handling daily tasks and priorities independently • Ensuring all interactions embody excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a related field. • Understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary for this job. • Proficiency in Billing Functions is a key requirement. • Familiarity with Collection Processes is necessary for this role.
