This position performs moderate data management and analysis tasks within a specific functional area or data type. Requires heavy communication with data sources and contacts.
Accountabilities:
Business intelligence and metrics reporting: develop, enhance, capture, and generate data and reports pertaining to productivity, timeliness, quality, and other key performance metricsData insights and analysis: identify, research, and analyze data that can be accurately processed; provide actionable business insights to mitigate and improve service levels; and identify issues in data that need to be fixedAssume ownership of a portfolio consisting of internal Power BI product reportsDevelop visualization-based reporting which provide insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the businessDevelops and maintains customer information database (usually specific data marts) to support analysis, application development, and data-driven marketing techniquesDevelops and presents actionable insights and analytics to drive strategic objectivesEstablishes partnerships with frontline operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis to drive operational performanceManages information security, data protection, data quality and exchangePerforms peer quality reviewsMaintains training curriculum and documentationPerform other tasks/projects assigned by immediate superiorQualifications:
