We are looking for an "Insurance Operations - Coordinator" to join our Operations and Technology team in our Istanbul office.

We will count on you to:

Manage all policy and endorsement operations in the fire, engineering, liability, and various accident branches (such as fraud, personal accident, etc.),

Ensure the tracking, control, and delivery of policies to our clients,

Follow up on endorsement requests sent to the insurance company,

Enter policy endorsements into the system,

Closely monitor industry developments and customer expectations, conduct necessary analyses, and determine implementations,

Develop solutions related to complex policy processes (such as co-insurance panels, production of PC cover policies, etc.).

What you need to have:

University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Banking,

At least 3 years of experience in customer and policy operations management,

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, customer-focused, and quality-conscious,

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with initiative,

Successful in interpersonal relations and highly persuasive,

Proficient in MS Office programs,

Minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
