We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Insurance Specialist II plays a key role in meeting the servicing needs of the business and acts as an intermediary between internal teams.
We will count on you to:
Maintain a high level of accuracy across all areas of data entry and research into Marsh systems
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete work independently in the expected timeframe. Adheres to compliance guidelines by requesting counsel or documentation when necessary
Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems, procedures, workflows, and resources
Demonstrate a high level of engagement in meetings, projects, and site wide initiatives
Works with supervisor to ensure alignment on goals and performance standards
Maintain excellent performance standards and act as a role model and/or mentor to other colleagues. Build and maintain strong foundational knowledge across multiple product lines through engagement in training opportunities
What you need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in data entry and commercial insurance
