About The Role

As a Insurance Planning Specialist, you will focus on leveraging HUB's robust lead generation programs. This is a net new position where you’ll hit the ground running with a list of active opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to sell life insurance policies, with opportunities to expand into investment solutions and build a book of business over time.
 

What You’ll Do

Deliver personalized life insurance solutions tailored to meet clients’ needs and goals.

Act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for insurance-related inquiries.

Educate clients about the benefits of life insurance, and related protection solutions.

Proactively follow up on leads, converting opportunities into sales while ensuring client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal resources to maximize lead flow and align with sales goals.

Conduct client meetings to understand their insurance needs and present customized solutions

Process and complete life insurance applications accurately and efficiently.

Ensure all insurance transactions comply with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation.

Stay updated on the latest insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.

Participate in training and development opportunities provided by HUB to enhance insurance expertise.

Transition insurance clients into ongoing relationships, ensuring they remain informed about available options and updates.

What You’ll Need for Success

Certified Life Insurance Agent (completion of LLQP)

In-depth knowledge of life insurance products

Positive attitude, approachable and engaging

Reliable and responsive to customer service inquiries/needs

Clear written and oral communication skills; can express a concept clearly and concisely

Demonstrates competence using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)
