The Insurance Portfolio Lead (IPL) is primarily responsible for developing monthly prospects, coordinating customer service and loss prevention, maintaining exceptional customer service and retention results.
The Work Itself Sell P-C product line to targeted goals; close sales by building rapport with key decision makers within target accounts, explaining garage and inventory program and service capabilities, while effectively overcoming objections. Service current customers by maintaining rapport, evaluating customer's needs for new opportunities, and responding to requests and secure customer contact list, property list and establish a service level agreement. Identify non-P-C opportunities and coordinate approach with the Matrix Partners; qualify prospects, estimate potential. Maintain current knowledge about the insurance products, insurance markets, competition, market threats and challenges, and communicate those concerns with organization. Build and maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in training and CPCU, remain active in the industry and in the respective area and trade associations. Manage the P-C VirtuAlly sales process. The Skills You Bring 1+ Years experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred as well as industry designations. Ability to develop business relationships with Dealer Principals and Decision Makers. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Well-developed business management, presentation and relationship selling skills. High level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Strong problem solving skills and ability to objectively manage conflicting priorities. Ability to function in a matrix organization. Ability to work with PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Dealer Portal, Performance Development Center). Ability to work independently. Strong customer service skills.

Base Pay Range: $62000 - $68000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan.
