Insurance Product Sales Management Manager

Retail Distribution – Wealth Sales Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Ourone-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution as Insurance Product Sales Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Liaise with product owner on new product development and revamp initiatives to cope with customer needs Conduct in-depth analysis on insurance sales performance and the effectiveness of new insurance productsFormulate and implement sales directives and drive relevant marketing activities for insurance businessFormulate financial and non-financial target setting for insurance sales teamMonitor and review the sales staff performance regularly Provide insights on latest development of insurance business in the local marketIdentify new business segments to nurture further growth on insurance businessEnsure all control measures relevant to the jobs are undertaken to minimize risk exposure
