The Risk Management Analyst will support the Sr. Director, Risk Management in all aspects of insurance claims process for corporate-wide property, workers’ compensation, casualty, and automobile liability and other related insurance plans. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for reviewing all incoming incidents. + Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in an accurate and meaningful manner, + Work closely with insurance adjusters, insurance brokers, the Safety and Legal teams, and other internal stakeholders to provide requested documentation. + Provide support to the Sr. Director, Risk Management in administering the Property, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability insurance programs and claims handling process. + Review insurance and claims related billings for approvals. + Review, assess, and process incoming claims related correspondence for proper handling of claim files. + Assist with collecting information for insurance renewal applications and submissions. + Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations. + Provides support to store with incident reporting process and follow-up. + Collect, analyze and maintain data related to incidents/claims to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Additional responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications** + A Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. + 2+ years’ experience supporting corporate risk management insurance programs and/or claims experience preferred. + Prior claims experience preferred. + Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. + Knowledge and understanding of claims handling processes and procedures. + Ability to assess the terms and conditions of policies and agreements. + Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. + Proficient on Microsoft Office using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Ability to organize and establish priorities. + Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. + Ability to evaluate data for current trends and apply trends to loss prevention. + Ability to deal with a diverse group of people. + Ability to be self-motivated. **Additional Information** **Workplace** + One of our values pillars is to work as OneTeam and we believe that there is no replacement for in-person collaboration but understand the value of some flexibility.
