Summary:
The Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager leads producers and team leads of Huntington Insurance for a designated line of business. Responsible for revenue, quality and 90 day retention for the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for training and developing producers in conjunction with corporate product and sales training program. Identifies any existing gaps in sales processes and procedures, recommend and document solution to increase sales and efficiency and optimize overall client and colleague experience.Meet and/or exceed budget and expenses to established budget by monitoring producer sales plans, goals and activities.Participates in industry meetings, create and maintain internal and external relationships with OCR partners, Carrier and their company representatives.Manages producers to properly record required sales activity information into Vertafore. Actively supports and monitors cross sell activities with other insurance lines and bank partners.Responsible for holding agents accountable for phone and referral metricsDevelops and implements producer succession plan for departing sales team members.Performs other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Personal Lines insuranceBachelor's Degree or total of 10 years Personal Lines insurance sales experience, in lieu of bachelor's degreeP&C License required or obtain upon hiring within 60 days.Preferred Qualifications:
P&C License in Personal Home and AutoExcellent customer relationship management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanorProven track-record of meeting team production goalsSales Management ExperiencVertaforeWFM Experience
