The Auto Club is seeking a goal oriented, customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's Insurance Agents and Members in our Branch Offices.
This position performs a variety of routine and advanced duties in support of growth, service goals and profitability for Field Sales within a Branch. Performs routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other personnel. Provides service support for existing insured and members. Assists in the sale of insurance products and provides other insurance support services. Reviews and completes documentation for business written in an office. Provides information to members regarding memberships and insurance.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintenance and Servicing of insurance policies
Verifying new business applications
Processing insurance and membership payments
Updating electronic member information
Maintaining filing systems and typing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior.
organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
