We have multiple opportunities available to join our Consumer team as Insurance Specialist, based in our office in Perth. As an Insurance Specialist you will be the voice and first point of contact for QBE; supporting a diverse mix of partners and customers across a range of insurance queries and solutions. Based in a call centre environment this entry level role will suit someone who is keen to learn, loves working with customers and is looking to start, or enhance a career in insurance. Our full time team members work a 5-day rotating roster between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays currently on a voluntary basis. At QBE we are focused on supporting our team members to reach their full potential. We provide 4 weeks full time training on commencement, with ongoing support from Senior and Specialised Leaders.

Sell QBE products and services by delivering excellent customer service and fostering great relationships with customers via inbound calls.Deliver exceptional help to our customers and partners by managing inbound queries, on average 30-50 calls per day.Learn about our insurance portfolios and various partnerships to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions that adhere to QBE guidelines.About you
