D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anInsuring Resolution Specialist in the Post Closing Department. The right candidate will obtain any additional documents/documentation for the VA/FHA Case Binders as identified by the insurers to expedite the issuance of the guaranty or insurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Monitor the Insuring Exception Report to keep the numbers as low as possible with the goal of 0 loans over 45 days old Coordinate with company personnel, vendors, buyers, and sellers on a daily basis to collect the outstanding items Contact the above-mentioned parties on a continual basis until all required documentation is received (especially those items on the 45 Day Exception Report) Ship the reviewed and completed VA/FHA Case Binders for guaranty or insurance on a daily basis Perform basic administrative duties as needed Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
