Intake Coordinator
The Edinburg center is seeking an experienced intake coordinator for the ABA and IHBS department This position is Full time 40-hour position.    Who You Are: Must posse associate degree or relevant experience.  Proficiency in Windows especially Word and Excel Experience in obtaining referrals for healthcare/mental health/dental care. Valid MA driver's license, and reliable transportation required. What You Will Do:   Oversees third party referrals for ABA Services: ABA, IHBS, Pre-Engagement & College Navigation and DDS Create and maintain forms and tracking systems as assigned. Creates record in Evolv (medical records) and uploads referral information received including but not limited to benefit and clinical information. Update weekly and monthly staff data, including MABHACCESS weekly staff availability and monthly service provision and waitlist data. Outreach for cases when needed.
