Description We are in search of an Intake Coordinator to join our team in the industry located in Carson City, Nevada. This role focuses on the management of customer applications and records, and requires adeptness in customer service. Responsibilities: • Greet and establish rapport with customers, aiming to provide an exceptional service experience. • Verify and update customer information in a timely and accurate manner. • Utilize the EHR System and CRM to enter and update customer screening information. • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and patience. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status. • Ensure the confidentiality and respect of all customer interactions. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common objectives. • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet challenges with resilience. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Allscripts to carry out financial and administrative tasks. • Carry out billing functions and claim administration effectively. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and Allscripts • Familiarity with CRM systems and Dcs • Experience with EHR SYSTEM • Capable of answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Knowledge of authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions • Experience in claim administration • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
