Bring your commitment to a team-based workplace that puts people first.** The Intake Coordinator oversees and processes referrals, initiating timely communication with clinical and operations teams based on the needs of referred youth in the child welfare system, as well as at-risk youth. This ensures appropriate foster home, host home placements, and/or services are arranged to meet the youths' needs. + Manage and accept referrals.
