Description Robert Half is seeking an Intake Coordinator for a contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare industry, located in Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will be required to support a healthcare team by efficiently processing patient referrals and coordinating patient appointments. Responsibilities: • Processing intake referrals from various sources and ensuring their proper recording in the EPIC system • Handling incoming calls, routing them appropriately, and providing patient and doctor office coordination • Assisting with 'start of care' calls to gather necessary registration information from patients • Providing exceptional customer service in an office setting • Demonstrating proficiency in data entry and typing tasks • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and other basic office skills for day-to-day administrative tasks • Working independently to monitor and manage patient accounts and take necessary actions.
