TekSystems is currently hiring for a Call Center/Customer Service Position in the Baltimore City area! MUST HAVE: Any customer service experience, receptionist, call center, any experience on the phones, or administrative experience. Description: Intake Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and conducting an intake to see if the caller could be a potential client (about 80-100 inbound calls daily). Will be taking down client information and details.
