Description/Job Summary
The Intake Specialist is responsible for processing new student applications and registrations. This includes completing customer/student scheduling, administering departmental surveys, entering test results and other data for Workforce Development programs.
Responsibilities/Duties
+ Responsible for intake and referral of students enrolling in Workforce Development courses.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Conducts quality checks for student registration and enrollment forms.
+ Submits student registration forms to the registration staff.
+ Schedule placement tests to incoming students. Advise students of score and assign them to the appropriate class(es)
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Good customer service skills
+ Exp in working in Higher Education
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ At least 5 years working in Higher Education
