Currently we have an exciting opportunity with our Work Ready program as an Intake Specialist. Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency. This role, located in our Work Ready office just blocks from City Hall in Center City Philadelphia, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 2 days each week on-site and 3 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Enroll referrals within 14-day time limit according to Work Ready Program work statement and CAO requirements Document initial contacts with clients in a timely manner; maintain accurate and timely records of all case management/counseling sessions. Input all data into JEVS/WR database. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all client information including electronic, hard copy, and filing system. In conjunction with the Clinical Staff, develop, prepare, and complete the Service Plans.
