What You’ll Be Doing: + Accurately enter and manage intake data into various systems and databases. + Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy. + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. + Communicate with referral sources, physicians, or associated staff to ensure documentation is routed to the appropriate physician for signature/completion. + Assist with data management and organization tasks. + Communicate with clients to gather necessary intake information. + Ensure appropriate inventory/services are provided in collaboration with local branch leadership. + Handle phone calls in a timely manner and assist callers. + Review medical records for compliance standards prior to service delivery. + Work with community referral sources to obtain compliant documentation. + Navigate multiple online EMR systems to obtain applicable documentation. + Collaborate with the verification team to ensure accurate information and payments. What We’re Looking For: + Must-Have: 6 months to 1 year of data entry experience. + Bonus Skills: Experience with data management software, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. + Top Skills: Customer service, Microsoft Office, data entry, processing, claims. + Secondary Skills: Customer support, call center. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Ability to appropriately interact with patients, referral sources, and staff. + Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. + Solid ability to learn new technologies and understand the flow of data through systems.
