Intake Supervisor As an Intake Supervisor, you will oversee the referral process from inquiry to the start of care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely services, supporting staff with obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional care. Location: Lubbock, TX Pay: $20.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with after-hours responsibilities How You Will Make a Difference: * Input new referrals promptly as they are received from referral sources. * Conduct living room visits with new patients to ensure services begin in a timely manner. * Communicate effectively with marketers, billing teams, and clinical staff to coordinate the start of care. What’s Required to Join Our Team: * At least 1 year of experience in home health scheduling or billing. * At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
