Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a formal, decision-making process led by senior leadership to evaluate and synchronize portfolio, demand, inventory, supply, and financial plans over a 24+ month rolling horizon. It is a demand-driven, assumptions-based, aggregate planning process, executed monthly with five sequential steps: Portfolio Management Review (PMR), Demand Review (DR), Supply Review (SR), Reconciliation Review (RR), and Management Business Review (MBR).
The IBP Leader owns the IBP (Advanced SIOP) process. Leading this process includes process design, training, continuous improvement, change management, and process execution. The IBP Leader works with senior leadership to ensure that the process is sufficiently resourced with executive owners, process leaders, and financial partners. The role ensures the IBP process effectiveness and integration with business systems and corresponding processes. The role is also the process leader for the RR and MBR. In this capacity, the IBP Leader facilitates senior leadership to resolve supply chain imbalances, reconcile business and financial plans, and align resources for the successful execution of a single plan, to which all functions are aligned. The role requires a high degree of business acumen, process discipline, objectivity, and strong communication skills in an executive setting.
Responsibilities Owns the design and integrity of the business’s IBP process Leads monthly, aggregate planning process and delivers an integrated (portfolio, demand, inventory, supply, financial) plan that is both realistic and credible Process leader for the RR and MBR, responsible for review preparation and facilitation Collaborates with PMR, DR, SR process leaders to form a cohesive team focused on recommendations and action plans that are unbiased and optimized for the business as a whole Aligns the review cycle to the expectations of the executive owners Builds a culture of trust, accountability, and decisiveness Champions process discipline, adhering to the process framework (deviations are true exceptions, not the norm) Maintains process documentation, including standard views/templates to be used in the reviews Solicits feedback on process effectiveness and drives continuous improvement Develops an administers training plan for process owners, leaders, and participants Ensures that only valid and realistic plans are approved by executive leadership and is willing to point out where expectations are unrealistic Comprehends balance within the business unit enabling recommendations on best fit solutions with consideration to customer, corporate stake holders, strategy and capability Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or supply chain degree; MBA is desired 10+ years Integrated Business Planning experience Cross-functional and diversified experience in a range of business environments Project management experience with matrixed teams (leadership by influence)

The range for this position is $158,027.00 - $217,288.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
