• End-to-end project management and stakeholder management including project plan and coordination of meetings to achieve deliverables
• Campaign launch plan development
• Agency, internal production partners and Campaign Generation kick-offs
• All creative development, stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Targeted list development, stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Panorama campaign submissions and audit approvals
• Offer / promo code QC and readiness (if applicable)
• Front line sales routines and management
• Critical collaboration with strategy team to deliver strategic programs as intended.
• Critical to collaborate with channels teams, SMEs, agencies, internal approvers and third parties

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing.
Master's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field. (Pref)
Work Experience:
Marketing, Communications or related experience. , 9-12 years (Req)
Financial Services Industry/Banking experience, 3-5 years (Req)
Ability to work independently with a high level of critical thinking skills.
Comfortable with new digital technology, social media, and reporting.
Strong project management skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment; including counterparts across global organization.
Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment; ability to listen, evaluate different view points and influence others.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
