Working as part of a cross-functional team, you are an internally recognized expert in a critical technical area for the RDQ process development function. You identify, define and solve complex technical and business problems by applying your broad technical and in-depth knowledge. You oversee the delivery of assigned programs, support new programs/platforms linked to business objectives and use your expertise in your technical area when interacting with senior management and global cross-functional teams to help deliver on current and future demands of the business.
How you will contribute
You will support technically focused projects and use your technical expertise to guide, direct and influence activities lead by others and to ensure the right solutions are developed, future breakthrough opportunities are identified, and executable programs are implemented with technical rigor. In this role, you will be accountable for the technical outcomes of process developments activities (e.g. process design and specifications, process scale up, commissioning etc.) and for quantifying the technical risks your projects and those lead by others, offering recommendations and conclusions and influencing senior stakeholders when making business decisions. As a leader in your technical field, you will develop and leverage connections internally and with the external technical partners. As a leader of people, you will create a culture that fosters intellectual properties to drive competitive advantage; manage an internal team of process developers and work with cross-functional partners to establish resource and budget needs to deliver the requirements in your business area of responsibility; provide strategic leadership in your process technology area and/or process development program, and; mentor and coach others to grow technical talent.

What you need to know about this position:
In line with the job purpose, key outputs of this job will entail the following:
Drives behavioral change across integrated supply chain through IL6S tools and build /strengthen focused improvement (FI) culture.Lead the FI pillar and identify losses and productivity opportunities across site.Supports to achieve Integrated Supply Chain productivity targets through loss elimination.Delivers FI knowledge, processes and systems in a standardized manner across site. Ensures technical excellence and consistent approach with common language and tool setsPlan, support and conduct training in Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belts, Green Belts). Provide assistance to business in identifying, planning and implementing Six Sigma projectsSupports in developing/measuring KPIs that clearly measure supply chain performance as a base for improvements.Build up effective system for measuring & control of KPIs.Coach and guide on IL6S projects to accelerate execution and completion.Proactively collaborates with Global FI in order to communicate the global benchmarking methodology, sharing the best practices, implementing Il6S toolStrengthen continuous improvement networking among ISC disciplines and operations across AMEA.Support Plant lead in leading monthly MBR calls and site performance evaluations (GE/OEE/Variances/Losses etc.) Perform work in compliance with the requirements of IMS (Integrated Management System) and valid work procedures and instructionsLead a number of E2E projects through a group of cross–functional leaders encompassing the value chain from Procurement to Sales. Build capability across region to ensure E2E mind-setDevelops organizational capability to realize ISC strategy through supporting Training and development process. Supports functional leads to develop talent pipeline.Education / Certifications:
In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that the ideal candidate will have:
University degree in Engineering/technical or equivalent7-10 years of experience in manufacturing environment – knowledge of IL6S/TPM/Lean manufacturing. Preferred experience in leading focused improvement (FI) pillar within IL6S domainQualified as Master Black Belt (MBB) with proven record of delivering productivity projects.Understands processes of make/pack/ship and how to leverage these processes across the total supply chain providing optimal benefitsBroad working knowledge in Finance, Business administration, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Marketing and R&DDemonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and work effectively cross functionally and with a wide array of plant personnelDemonstrated Leadership SkillsJob specific requirements:
