Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) Lead
About This Role The Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, integration of a comprehensive integrated learning environment for the project. The role aims to ensure the seamless integration of training system applications and provide technical project expertise and guidance in solving complex training hardware and software engineering problems. This role will be reporting into the Engineering Manager of this program, and can be located in either Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLD. The role we are offering you + Leading the ILE IPT Team in the design and development of a cutting-edge integrated learning environment + Manage the overall ILE solution project scope, schedule, budget and provide regular updates to project leadership and stakeholders + Provide support for Program Managers on all functional and technical matters through acting as lead for ILE project/program execution + Provide leadership and mentorship to the ILE IPT members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture + Preparing and participating in all design reviews, demos, workshops and formal reviews Our ideal candidate has: + Tertiary degree in Technology or related field + Advanced degree and/or experience in educational technology and/or project management + Strong understanding of curriculum development in learning technologies + Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams in the analysis, design and implementation of integrated learning environments + Experience implementing learning environments for defence or aerospace training programs is ideal.
