The Coordinator - Regional Activation role on the Consumer Experience Strategy team will support the Regional Activation team’s system and region-focused support functions. The role will require significant Excel knowledge and project management capabilities as well as cross-functional relationship-building skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Description
• Regional advertising budget and cashflow management
• Strategic budget and cashflow projects including:
Automated budget forecastingCarryforward threshold recommendationsNegative cashflow alert systemMedium-based seasonality recaps• Marketing support for internal and external customers
Marketing portal administrationAssist with field operations communication/supportAssist with regional and restaurant-level marketing activationCross-functional and agency/vendor collaboration• Assist with projects in support of system business initiatives
Coordinate status, timeline and document trackingEducation Requirements
-Minimum 4 Year Degree
-Business-related degree preferred
-Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment with project management responsibilities and Excel experience

• Extensive familiarity with Excel
• Critical attention to detail
• Team player; collaborative, trustworthy - good at supporting teams
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
