Position Overview

The Integrated Marketing Intern position will play a vital role in the continued growth and success of Encore; working with the Marketing Team at the global headquarters in Schiller Park, IL, is a paid opportunity. This role will report to Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, and work collaboratively within the Marketing team functions: Product, Digital, and Customer Marketing, Industry Relations, Insights, Brand, and Communications. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

Content Development – Writing and Strategy Contribution

Company newsletter developmentSuccess story development through conducting interviews, copywriting, and asset creationProduct sell sheet developmentInternal communicationsDigital campaigns (social, email, website)

Project Management

Work daily with the core Integrated Marketing team on content projectsIn partnership with the core team, work with the Encore marketing team and agencies as neededTrack projects in the project management toolSharing of assets for activation within the field and with global partners

Required Experience

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or a related majorDemonstrates problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environmentPossesses strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint experienceWorking Adobe Creative Suite skills – specifically Photoshop and InDesign – a plusPresentation SkillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently
