Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Director to lead and orchestrate the development and execution of end-to-end marketing programs tailored to our CHRO and Human Resources customers. This highly visible and influential role requires a strategic leader who can collaborate across functions, drive exceptional quality, and deliver impactful programs that scale across the organization and generate measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a cohesive, end-to-end strategy targeting key personas aligned with company objectives and growth priorities.
Directs multi-million-dollar budget to optimize resources for strategy and performance, and regularly interfaces with geo and BU leaders.
Owns program lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Serve as the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring every touchpoint is connected and compelling.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the central leader, aligning stakeholders across brand, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, and BU and GTM leadership stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across diverse teams, creating a shared vision and actionable roadmap.
Drive accountability for performance metrics across all participating teams.
Performance Management & Optimization
Set and monitor program KPIs, including engagement, pipeline generation, and ROI, leveraging data to make informed decisions.
Provide regular updates to leadership on performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities to scale programs across business units and regions.
Creative Excellence & Messaging
Partner with Content Strategy and Creative Director leads to ensure all touchpoints deliver elite-quality work that clearly articulates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
Qualifications15+ years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Experience working in or with CHRO or HR senior leadership roles, showing depth of understanding of challenges, interests and ways of working
Proven success in designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven programs that generate measurable business results.
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimization recommendations.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $189,100 - $331,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
