ResponsibilitiesTo support the marketing efforts for BSIG as we reintroduce our brand, freshen our competitive advantage, and become more proactive in our efforts to distinguish ourselves, we need to add a role which will support this work.
Key functions include but are not limited to the following:
• LinkedIn Digital Messaging
• Collateral development – highlight key industries, claims value prop, line of business differentiation, etc.
• Maximize vendor relationships (Zywave, MailChimp, Canva, etc.)
• Competitive Advantage – keep front and center internally and externally, primarily through digital means
• Keep external and internal websites up to date
• Coordinate with claims to build testimonials, monitor customer satisfaction rates through survey’s or NPS, etc.
• Berkley Beyond updates
• Customer and/or agent newsletters
• Proactively manage cross-sell campaigns
Qualifications Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategiesStrong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideasFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platformsManaging multiple projects and ensuring they align with business goalsThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
