We are seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to build, manage, and maintain program master schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools. This role supports DoD Acquisition Programs and other federal agency efforts by preparing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and ensuring schedule alignment with project goals, interdependencies, and resource requirements.

Responsibilites:

Build, manage, and maintain program master schedules using Microsoft Project or other scheduling softwarePrepare Integrated Master Schedules for DoD Acquisition Programs, other Federal Agency scheduling efforts, vehicle development, or vehicle system developmentWork with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve a common goal and document interdependenciesLoad resources and analyze impact of concurrent activitiesMonitor progress against schedule and provide regular updatesCreate schedule risk assessments and mitigation plansEnsure compliance with applicable policies and regulationsFacilitate meetings with stakeholders to review and update schedules

Qualifications: 

Active Secret Security Clearance3+ years of experience building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using Microsoft Project or other scheduling software2+ years of experience preparing Integrated Master Schedules for DoD Acquisition Programs, other Federal Agency

Desired Qualification: 

2+ years of experience as a program analyst dealing with program cost, schedule, and performancePMP CertificationBA or BS Degree
