Candidate will fill the temporary role of an Integrated Master Scheduler. Will take over the management of multiple programs across the business unit’s portfolio. Will support multiple program managers managing their schedules and produce various product from the schedule as needed for internal and external deliverables. Utilize MS Projects to develop and maintain accurate and up to date schedules for multiple programs. Assist in forecasting and conducting analysis on program status. Will need excellent communication skills to engage Integrated Prosses Team Lead for information needed to maintain an accurate schedule and produce required products. + Schedule Development and Maintenance. + Create and/or Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). + Develop a schedule that outlines all project activities, their sequence, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation. + Update the Schedule: Regularly update the schedule to reflect the actual progress, changes in scope, or resource availability. + Forecasting and Analysis. + Critical Path Analysis. + Identify and analyze the critical path to understand which tasks are critical for timely project completion. + Conduct scenario analysis to forecast the impact of potential changes or delays on project timelines and costs. + Risk Assessment: Use schedule data to contribute to risk assessments, identifying potential schedule risks and suggesting mitigation strategies. + Stakeholder Communication. + Reporting: Provide internal reports on schedule performance, highlighting variances, potential risks, and areas where the project might be ahead or behind schedule. + Facilitate Meetings: Support project meetings with schedule data, discussing progress, issues, and planning adjustments. This is what you will need: + Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Projects. + Familiar with Microsoft office program. + Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management.
