The Integrated Planning function within RTX is responsible for driving schedule alignment with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders which results in an integrated plan, providing the basis for long term sales and operations planning (S&OP). S&OP gives program managers and value stream leaders the ability to come together and make strategic and tactical decisions about how to collectively run their businesses to optimize customer satisfaction and financial performance.  The Integrated Planning team drives execution efficiency by applying analytics and optimization to system data to support business processes.

This execution position is focused on program readiness for major end-items tied to firm contracts.  This role is responsible for understanding production demand profiles and the corresponding internal and external constraints to ensure potential issues are well-understood, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner. The individual selected for this role will work to enable decision making and collaboration across a variety of functions and program areas through data analysis, simulation, and fact-based influence.  In addition to driving accountability for known issues, this role will identify areas of greatest risk and variability and analyze different scenarios to establish contingency plans as needed to increase our ability to deliver on schedule. 

The execution planner will be directly involved in scheduling and planning decisions for major deliverables and provide process support and oversight with focus on near-term and mid-term plans.  The individual in this role will need to leverage strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be successful in optimizing the schedule around factory efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and consistency in achieving financial targets.  This role will work closely with the cross-functional execution.

What You Will Do:

Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team and other Functional customers.Interface with Factory Production Control Leads and PlannersCommunicate schedule changes across multiple factories.Program Master Scheduler (exception message management, coordinate, create and enter MSALT changes)Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution.Coordinate material for various test milestones.Help develop strategic mitigation plans (MRSP) with the Program and Material Program ManagersDrive MRP Health data integrity.Maintain Planned Independent Requirements and Dependent DemandCoordinate PRISM set-up for transition to full rate production.Manage Program ResidualCompliance Support for DCMA and other scheduled auditsMOCAS/DD250 Coordination and ManagementCoordination of a Program Line of BalanceSupport customer-oriented meetings and briefing material.Maintain inventory and support engineering efforts for program laboratories.This role may have direct reports.Utilizing analytical skills, critical thinking, and collaboration to plan, coordinate and direct activities and resources.Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.Work within Kinaxis.Use MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Influence decisions cross functionally.Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.Mediate discussions between stakeholders with varying incentives and arrive at consensus 

Qualifications You Must Have:

Experience working with MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPointMinimum 8 years in engineering, operations, analytics or similarThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

This position requires a security clearance be obtained after start date. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Qualifications We Prefer:

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.Experience in material planning and/or procurement role.Working knowledge of ITAR rules and regulationsExperience with SAP systems or other ERP systemsExperience with Government and Depot type processes

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
