Purpose of Position:

The Integrated Planning Leader will be responsible to ensure End-to-End (E2E) alignment of the supply chain (demand through supply) for assigned product lines. The Integrated Planning Leader will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized planning strategies that are linked to customer value while maximizing efficiency, minimizing waste, optimizing inventory, reducing costs and improving service. They will work closely with each site's Production Planning and Operations to balance supply with demand while understanding material, labor, and asset capacity and associated constraints. The Integrated Planning Leader is a key participant and contributor to the Division Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Process (SIOP), driving optimization of the supply chain from a service, cost and working capital perspective. This position reports to the Division Supply Chain Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

Core business partner for assigned product lines to understand customer value and recommend supply chain strategies that optimize capacity, inventory, cost, service, and agility. Support the design, development and implementation of integrated planning process standards and govern adherence to established standards within assigned scope. Drive effective inventory management though process, policy and procedure definition in planning master data, safety stock strategy and rigorous slow moving inventory dispositioning. Lead the implementation of the SIOP Supply Step process to enable effective translation of agreements into short/mid/long range material, production, and distribution plans for assigned businesses. Ensuring constraints are understood and actioned with appropriate level of urgency. Act as supply chain liaison for high importance customers, contributing to business/customer review processes and facilitating resolution of supply chain issues or collaborative improvement opportunities. Provide leadership and oversight for transitional supply chain activities including new product introductions, make to buy transitions, multi-sourcing transitioning, end of life, etc. to enable seamless transitions that service the customers on time with high degree of control on inventory. Travel Requirements: 0-20%

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics or related field. 8+ years of supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management. Change agent that can support creation of goals and objectives that elevate accountability, create a sense of urgency, and establish a customer service mindset. Proficiency in advanced ERP environments and/or advanced planning solutions. Disciplined approach to prioritization of work, project commitment and continuous improvement. Proven ability to work within a matrix organization, capable influencing others to build consensus and drive decision making without direct reporting relationships. Effectively use data to drive recommendations and decisions.

 

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in supply chain or MBA Professional certifications in supply chain, operations, or engineering (APICS, CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, etc.) Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Material Planning background Working knowledge and/or expertise with SAP S/4 Hana Working knowledge and/or expertise with SAP IBP Working knowledge and/or expertise with PowerBI

The range for this position is  $130,166.00   -  $178,979.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
