Have you ever wondered how our amazing products are built? Throughout the life cycle of a program, Integrated Planning plays a critical role in catalyzing our results. Join our team in King of Prussia, PA as an Integrated Planner supporting one of the most dynamic and nationally critical programs in the company. As our Planner you will provide insight, information, and materials in support of Integrated Planning activities. What will this role typically involve? You will....

• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, and Program Management while working within the planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline

• Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to implement the program

• Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners

• Assist in negotiating hand-offs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required

• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to stakeholders and engineering



Our level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of experience.



Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our King of Prussia facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity

• Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project and/or Open Plan or another comparable planning software tool

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management

• Ability to perform typical schedule integrity checks and critical path analyses

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word

• Must be a United States citizen

• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance and consent to a polygraph
Desired Skills:
• Active Top Secret Security clearance

• Bachelor degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant program planning experience

• In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Experience with @Acumen, OnePager Pro, Milestones Professional

• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
