We are looking for an experienced Integrated Project Manager who loves playing a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing development of various communications from inception through final delivery. You will partner closely with various stakeholders and creative teams during ideation, supporting the strategic and production goals of brand and functional teams, ensuring projects are produced on strategy, within budget and to the highest levels of creative excellence.DescriptionDescriptionThis position requires a self-motivated multi-tasker with strong integrated project management skills who will : - Elevate the creative, be innovative in supporting the ideation, sell-in and production processes, enabling great ideas to thrive. - Manage integrated projects across platforms, film, content, digital and social. - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and creative production teams either in the Geo or across the globe to produce impactful marketing materials. - Be the first point of contact for incoming creative and production projects and be responsible for assigning creative and integrated project management resources. - Responsible for forecasting creative and production staffing needs and resource additional team members or vendors as needed. - Develop a network of freelancers, creative agencies, production vendors to enhance India’s creative capabilities and / or production to execute all types of projects to the highest standards with the greatest efficiency possible. - Drives pre-production alignment, collates the asset production plan, ensuring the plans align to deadlines and annual / quarterly budget plans. - Have a holistic view of the project status and be accountable for timely creative approvals, production and delivery. - Continuously strive to improve on the delivery process and quality.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications12 years experience in a producer position at a creative agency or marketing organisation.Experienced in managing creative resourcing or managing creative teams internally and externally.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperienced in cross-functional delivery of creatively led initiatives.Strong marketing communication expertise at both strategic and execution level.Inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic and highly matrix organisation.
