Envestnet is seeking an Integration Analysis Director - MoneyGuide to join our MoneyGuide department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Powhatan, VA office location.

Job Summary:
The Integration Analysis Director works with clients to design, develop, and maintain integrations between MoneyGuide systems and those of our partners and customers. The Integration Analysis Director leverages strong collaborative partnerships to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans. The Integration Analysis Director understands and anticipates MoneyGuide clients’ needs and provides innovative ways to solve complex industry problems. The Integrations Analysis Director works closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to develop and enhance proprietary products and capabilities for financial advisors and their clients and ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, and APIs.
Lead the design and development of integration architectures, following industry best practices and standards.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Perform rigorous integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure data quality and system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain and improve existing integrations to meet evolving business needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to integration development. Educate, mentor, and advise the organization’s management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders regarding the company’s data intelligence and technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices.
Responsible for end-to-end project management, leveraging strong technical background to organize cross-functional activities and successfully manage integration projects from initiation through delivery.
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
