This is an onsite position. As an Integration Analyst, you will provide high-quality support for the Abbott Workday Human Resource environment as part of the HRTS HCM Architecture team. You will interact with our customers through email, phone, and instant messaging, to meet customer requests for Integrations and resolve related customer issues with Corporate HR systems and processes. The Analyst is responsible for fulfilling requests for appropriate HR information and troubleshooting and resolving various issues reported by functional analysts and end users. Items are received via multiple channels, including IT Help Desk, Zendesk case management system, email, or Instant Messaging. Other assignments result from HR projects which require the creation of new integrations, updates to existing integrations and/or investigation of impacts and data review. **What You’ll Work On** + Develop and support Integrations & Reports between Workday and other 3rd party applications. + Develop integrations using Workday tools such as Core Connectors, Packaged Connectors, Workday Studio and EIBs + This role will require working within project teams, interacting with Functional consultants, Project Managers, and Offshore. + Work will include supporting Integrations through the development, testing, and deployment of various types of integrations. + Assists Integration Architects in systems analysis and optimization initiatives. + Develops and documents procedures that cover all technical aspects of Integrations. + Assumes on-call responsibility. + Maintain SLA for Operational tickets as per guidelines provided **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or work experience equivalent; 1-3 years of experience with Workday Integrations + Must have excellent verbal/written communication, user interaction, and interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. + Strong understanding of HR processes and terminology especially Workday. **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs including SOAP and REST + Knowledge of XML, XSLTs, ETV and XTT + Knowledge of Developer tools such as Studio, Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or its equivalent. + Workday Extend experience is a plus . + Working knowledge of the Workday integration tools including EIBs. **Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:** www.abbottbenefits.com (http://www.abbottbenefits.com/pages/candidate.aspx) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
