Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to join our Fortune 500 client's team. This role focuses on providing technical expertise in systems integration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with various stakeholders to recommend and implement strategic solutions. The position will require a hands-on approach to designing, documenting, and improving the architecture of complex systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Provide technical assessment of the existing system architecture and propose improvements * Act as a technical expert in addressing systems integration and compatibility across multiple platforms * Produce and maintain technical process flows, data mapping, and related documentation to support application architecture * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to recommend strategies for solving problems * Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to design and configure systems and applications for improved operations * Provide guidance to development teams based on analytical findings * Creatively visualize and report data insights in various formats for stakeholders * Assist in troubleshooting application or data issues across integrated systems * Understand business use cases and translate them into technical specifications for solution implementation * Research and recommend strategies for customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated solutions * Offer technical expertise on complex projects and explore new technologies for departmental use
