Integration and Test Engineer

About the Role: As an Integration and Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. You will synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Key Responsibilities:
+ Establish functional and technical specifications and standards.
+ Solve hardware/software interface problems and define input/output parameters.
+ Ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
+ Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability.
+ Develop and direct the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
+ Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
+ Perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
+ Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.
Required Experience/Skills:
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ 4 - 6 years of experience in Production.
+ 6+ years of experience in Test Equipment Design.
+ 6+ years of experience in Electronic Testing.
+ 6+ years of experience in Mechanical Testing.
Desired Experience/Skills:
+ Experience in automated test equipment development/maintenance in a high-volume production environment.
+ Experience with Electro-Optic sensor solutions for military platforms.
Shift Details:
+ This is a 2nd shift role (10-hour shift from noon to 10 PM).
+ Some first shift overlap is expected during training, but the role is primarily 2nd shift.
An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
