The Integration Center Associate is an entry level position working within a large team to complete customer orders. The Associate will assist technicians with unboxing, setup, kitting, labeling, and processing of various computer hardware and components. This position reports to the Lead Integration Center Tech.

Asset tagging and asset managementUnpacking, packing, and kitting of hardware and componentsRemoval of trash such as device packagingBox and Package assembly/creation for productsProvide email updates of the status for customer orders as requested by managementCollaborate with Integration Center Techs to complete tasks Qualifications Basic understanding of computers and technologyHigh School Diploma Required Skills Ability to hold a basic understanding of current computer and technologyAbility to take initiativeAbility to work independently and in groups depending on project needsProficient in Microsoft Office Word and OutlookEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to read and interpret technical instructions/manuals, troubleshooting guides, and manufacturer specifications Unique Requirements Position requires ability to lift up to 50lbs individuallyOvertime/Weekend WorkPosition requires ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,360 - $50,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
